LISHEN Building project locates in Tianjin Huayuan Industrial Park. The project will be a landmark of the industrial park, a symbol of the park's booming economy. The total land area of the project is 10,576 square meters. Total floor area is 58,200 square meters. The main tower of the project is offices and service apartment with 35 floors. The maximum height of the building is 147.3m. The project has 3 floors of commercial podium and 2 floors of underground parking area.This paper, taking the project as the example, describes how to carry out the quality control of the project from four aspects. First, before the project starts, the on-site quality management system should be set up. The project supervision plan, supervision rules, review of construction design and construction programs should be established according to the requirements of the project. At the same time, in order to guarantee the project's successful progress and to avoid the stagnation due to the external reasons, we should pay attention to external coordination. Second, after the start of the project, from the building envelope construction, foundations, earthworks, main structural works, renovation works, etc., we should summarizes the common causes of quality problems, and make the solutions to the problems. Third, during the progress, the engineers carry out the quality control in several ways such as next to the station, inspection, testing and other methods depending on different quality problems, further analyze and solve the problems using reasonable means and methods. Last, this paper deeply discusses the implementation effect of quality control, which is a standard to reflect the work of engineers, and to measure the management level of engineer.In concrete works, there are many factors affecting the quality. "Worker, material, machine, environment, law" are the main factor. Engineers should focus on the management of workers, and focus on fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of workers. Because all the programs need to be implemented by workers, and all instructions need to be executed by workers. Engineers should clarify their ideas, basing on relevant norms and drawings, get the identity from the construction party as much as possible, and implement the rectification of the quality problems in time.During the construction process, many quality problems may occur simultaneously or one after another. When analyzing the quality problems, the engineer should focus on major problems, and focus on analyzing the problems which have impacts on follow-up of the project or impacts on the overall quality and safety of the project. The engineer should timely make the solutions, and make the implementation of the rectification as soon as possible.In quality control work, the focus is to control the effect of the work, which depends on the coordination ability of engineers and the overall quality of the construction party. Engineers should have the art of leadership, strong communication skills, and rich management experience. Before the construction starts, engineer should carefully examine the qualification of the construction party, quality of construction manager, and the technical level of the operator, and should replace the party and personnel who does not meet the requirements. During the construction process, engineers should make good use of their strong coordination ability to effectively manage the construction party, and taking use of rich experience to strict the pre-control work during working procedure, so that to solve the quality problems in the early stages.In summary, the quality control of key projects should depend on the experienced engineers, skilled construction workers, sound quality system, and perfect construction plan and contingency measures. Here, the discussion takes the engineer's control as the main line. When other conditions are in the case of certain, the engineer should continuously improve their management capacity, sum up management experience, constantly improve their qualities, and combine the theory and practical work to ensure the quality of construction projects and to protect people's lives and property.
