| Engineering design plays a leading role in construction and engineering design documents is the main basis of project construction.Engineering Design quality is the primary part in determining the quality of engineering design.Quality is the key to all projects,especially the chemical engineering construction,which is highly invested,affects the national strategy and is closely related to People’s Daily lives.Therefore,the project quality has become one of the key factors to judge the success or failure of the project,the project quality management must also be an important content of project management.High-quality project or service for project owner,contractor,designer,or to the state and society has important strategic significance.But,how to complete high quality engineering design tasks in the limited project construction period haven’t mature methods and means.In this paper,Z engineering design project of A company was taken as an example in view of the existing problems in the management system during design process of chemical engineering project and in the design level of staff,combined with the implementation and change of the project.Based on the actual situation of the existing domestic engineering design market and the quality control method and experience of foreign engineering companies,combined with the characteristics of petrochemical engineering design project,the problems in project quality management and control of the petrochemical engineering construction projects were found out;the target of project quality management was decomposed by using WBS work breakdown structure;the design of quality target was improved by using 6 Sigma and quality system;the quality control process was analyzed by"man,machine,material,method and environment";the PDCA circulation optimization design scheme was discussed;the analytic hierarchy process was applied to improve the communication quality management of the project.The above method will be verified in the project,and experience will be summed up,which will provide reference for future engineering design. |
