In this paper, Changchun Hengxin Industrial Co., Ltd. innovative research of family management, described the creation of enterprises and the contribution of core competitiveness of enterprises, and pointed out that in the development of the family enterprise to a certain size, the presence of family management have become increasingly prominent problems, and analysis of these problems cause analysis.
