| In the end of last century, with the development deeply of the globalization of economy and science technology, there is a new round reform upsurge in enterprise management field, because of integration of the world, the diversification of customer's requirements and improvement of science and technology, the business and management environment of companies have been deeply changed, the traditional management pattern has been austerely challenged, only initialing innovation can these companies survive and develop. To meet this market's reform need, the theory of business process reengineering (BPR) was founded, then this theory was introduced to china from the western developed country, but whether the realistic conditions suit the implementation of BPR to our country's enterprise management environment, it is the common problem which Chinese academia and companies should meet.At present, the number of small and medium-sized companies in our country had exceeded forty-one million, which accounts about 99.6% in all of the registered companies, thus it can be seen that small and medium-sized companies play an important role in remitting the pressure of employment, speeding up our country's domestic economy development and keeping our social stability. As the authorities said, there has been no miracle of economics development in the wake of reform and opening without the development of small and medium-sized companies in china. So, the problem of small and medium-sized companies development attracts unprecedented attention academia and companies。From the financial crisis in 2008 on, the small and medium-sized foreign trade companies have been in a trough and recovery phase in a long time, they don't recover from the crisis completely, the reasons lie in not only the external reasons, but the internal profound factors, therefore, more and more attentions are focused on the small and medium-sized foreign trade companies' state of development researchIn this paper, it summarizes the meaning of BPR, current domestic and overseas research status of BPR firstly, it expounds the relevant concept and theory about BPR,method,implementing steps, it introduces the daily business processes of the small and medium-sized foreign trade companies in China, then, based on research results of other scholar, it describe and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of business difficulties and Existing process shortcoming in the daily business process about small and medium-sized foreign trade companies in detail, that makes us to know the necessity and urgency of implementing BPR in small and medium-sized foreign trade companies, meanwhile, there is summarization of procedures and safeguards about BPR simply, which establish a good precondition for the next BPR implemention. After that, the paper describes completely the business process reengineering model of the small and medium-sized foreign trade companies in China, and each module of model is described, especially, there are detailed descriptions about the most important three modules, at last, this paper proposes business processes of the small and medium-sized foreign trade companies which is collaborative style.At last, based on the author's practical experience in a foreign trade company, the paper analyses the problems in a company'specific business processes, combining with the characteristics of the company's business, considering the risk point of the whole process, we design the new trade business process that suits the company's situation., and we decompose it into the operation about the new process, so, which achieves the collaborative trade business process.through the use of the process in the author's foreign trade group, it shows that the new process can help to increase the revenues and profits. the practices shows that the collaborative trade business process is one of important solution for companies to get rid of predicament facing changing environments. |
