The financial crisis suddenly is outbreak. Using "suddenly" word because it oncoming force of the fierce, involving the wide spread fast. It is the problem that every enterprise in the world can not imagine so employment situation suddenly grim up. To this end, solving the unemployment problem has been one of the most challenging issues in recovery process of the global economy. At present, economics of many countries in the world gradually has recovered, however economic growth is not enough, only is recovered in some areas. Many regional economic growths in the world still are not fast enough. It caused currently of economic growth can not keep up the unemployment rate. Finally, countries in the world turn up serious unemployment. Hence, employment rate acceleration is badly necessary only in the developing countries, but also in developed nations. Vietnam as a developing country get strong effect about financial crisis. Unemployment is rather serious. Besides this, employment services industry in Vietnam did not cause enough attention of national community. Infrastructure and human resources, etc still has the phenomenon of a serious shortage of investment so studying human resources management issues of Vietnamese's employment services industry has important theoretical and practical significance. The thesis mainly focuses on existing problem in human resource management field of employment service in Vietnam..Meanwhile this thesis analyzes and compares the employment services industry and the general human resource management features state-owned companies, and was given their strengths, weaknesses, achievements and failures in order to provide some feasible solutions. This thesis mainly used employment demand projections, assessment of staff capacity table and candidate survey, employer needs questionnaire to study.
