Under the background of economic globalization,nowadays the main competition among companies switches to human resource from resources,capital,and technologies with the development of scientific technology,knowledge economy,industry and social values.And to guarantee the company could win the competition,more and more companies start to bring human resources management into the strategic level of the company.And it becomes the common challenge for all the companies that how a good employer brand could be built up to attract,retain and develop key talents for the business success.This brings the employer branding to a strategic level which is also one of the key factors for the sustainable development of Company S in China.This article aims to design the improving plan for the employer branding of Company S basing on the study of the theory and the good practice of employer branding in China and abroad.This improving plan for the employer brand of Company S will not only provide further guidelines to the activities of employer branding in Company S,help to improve the company image in China human resources market,but also gradually help Company S to build up its own characterized competitive advantage in the local labor market which will finally contribute for the long-term strategic development of Company S in China.
