Feasibility Study On Investment Decision Of A Real Estate Project-Bilin Garden Project

Feasibility study has played a leading role on the decision-making process of the investment to the real estate projects. My study used SWOT analysis method to analyze what kind of environment the project Bilin garden district in, and the market target, demand and supply. Above all, conclusive profit analysis was carried on this project, of course with risk analysis and relevant solutions.First and foremost, viewing at the macroeconomic environment development trend which the real estate market in, I discussed the important role the real estate played in our community and economy. The second part I want to emphasize is the principal of the paper. My empirical study has made a detailed analysis of the environment which the real estate in, introduced basic condition of project Bilin garden district, and used SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities & threats of the project Bilin garden district. Also, I discussed whether the project earned profit, which referring four aspects: technique, economy, society and environment. According to these, I made the judgment. Finally, risk analysis and relevant solutions were put forward.The final part is conclusion and outlook. According to the feasibility analysis on the project Bilin garden district, I conclude that the project was possible.
