With the rapid development of China’s GDP, the real estate industry has more and more influence to the national economy, which has become the important industry in our country’s economy. The real estate industry can not only increase the national fiscal revenue, it also can promote the development of a variety of related industries. Furthermore, it is the basic condition to stable the whole social and people’s life. Whose development has always been the focus of the state and national attention. After entering into the 21 st century, the real estate industry suffered in financial crisis, whose recovery is so slow. With the slow growth of the global economy, the real estate industry is also gradually in the development, but also more and more competitive. In the face of fierce competition, to be in an impregnable position, the government, enterprises and the related interest groups should shift perspective, grasp the initiative of economic development and accelerate the speed of integrate with the world market. Real estate enterprises need to enhance the intensity to research on the feasibility of the real estate on the basic of standard management and reasonable decision, which provide the premise to ensure the success of project. Real estate project itself has a large capital needs, project development cycle is long and complex, and so on. Those are often affected by internal and external environmental impact. Therefore, the real estate project feasibility research is of great significance.This article takes Yudong complex real estate project of Datong as an example, combining with the real estate theory to overview the previous feasibility study. On the basis of previous studies, this study analyzes the royal background, economic environment, the condition of urban location, land condition, regional tectonic and so on of Yudong complex real estate project of Datong, and concluded a series of related project management forecast data, at the same time, using SWOT analysis mathed to make the market position of project, determining the final marketing strategy. Technical analysis is the main condition of project construction; this part mainly analyzes the site selection, scale, and function design and makes a detailed construction plan. Last but not least, the study use the analysis of the invest perspectivement, specific financial analysis, sensitivity analysis and risk control to research the social benefits produced by the project. These all provide scientific theoretical support for the enterprizes to make right decisions and carry out actions. Its research results are also worth other enterprises to learn from the real estate industry, which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
