China's Telecom Industry Restructuring And Effective Competition

Since 1980s, under the guidance of the Information Technology Revolution and the Economic Globalization, the telecommunication industry became the fastest-growing and the greatest-potential industry worldwide. Chinese telecommunication industry, especially the mobile communication industry, also grew rapidly and almost caught up with western developed countries within 20 years.To conducive the development of the national economy, our telecommunication industry experienced four recombinations which had profound effects on the industry development since 1990s.
