From The Rise Of The "bric" To See The Effects Of The International System

Since American Goldman Sachs proposed the "BRICs" again in November 2003,Brazil,Russia,India and China as a whole has attracted the world's attention. In recent years,the "BRICs" has made amazing development as quite higher than the world average growth and made an inexorable march of economic progress, especially quickly recovered from financial crisis of 2008,it makes "Rise of Great Powers" evolution from "prophecy" toward "reality". This article begins with the root of the rise of economic,ascension influence of politics,science,technology and cooperation of "BRICs",researches and analyses the profound changes of the international system and the world structure,especially the evolution of relations between the United States and "BRICs". On the basic analysis of the motivation of BRICs'sustained cooperation,the stumbling block to BRICs'cooperation and the shortcomings of each countries in "BRICs",author suggests the views and comments of strengthen cooperation and exchange with the other emerging economies,other non-state actors and the United States to sustainable development of "BRICs" .
