Technical Ecological Research From The Perspective Of "Two Type Society"

In this paper the discussed theme is about construction of technological ecology from the perspective of "two type society" .The author deeply analysis the relationship of "two type society "and technical ecology, and illustrates the factors of the technical ecological barriers ,and countermeasures and suggestions of technical ecological construction from the perspective of "two type society" are also put forward.To construct "two type society" in our country and even in the world today are in a beautiful persevering pursuit for ideal and goal, " two type society" realizing ways, has been a concern an important topic for scholars and everybody. "1025" planning clearly put the resource conservation and environment friendly society, improve the ecological civilization.The development of technological ecology is changing ecological high consumption and low efficiency and high pollution situation, is making industry produce real intensive way of new industrialization, ecological technology through the rational utilization of resources reduces social production environment from the huge pressure, promote the construction of "two type society", technology is to build the two type of ecological society the major driving force. Meanwhile, technological ecology is major driving force of construction of "two type society". To realize social consumption ecological technology economy through technology turns to better ecological construction of ecological civilization and realizes sustainable development strategy.It is based on the background of "two type society" construction. the discussion and study about construction of ecological ecology and "two type society" is a very real and pressing issue and the inevitable requirement of social development in our country China's economic and social development, but also two contradictory basic way in solving environmental and resources at present .There are totally four parts in this thesis, ecological technology with construction of "two type society" were discussed. In the first chapter the author gives a brief introduction, research present situation, the research significance and methods and this innovation points; In the second chapter the author states "two type society" and technical ecological relevance analysis. this paper probes into the "two type society" meaning, origin and connotation, the connotation and features of technical ecology for " two type society " and technical ecological social influence; In the third chapter the author illustrates the technological ecological barrier factor from three aspects, lack of technical ecological value guidance mechanism ;industrial technological ecological innovation system is incomplete ;technical ecological support policy incomplete In the fourth chapter the author illustrates construction of technology ecology from the perspective of "two type society" construction . these three aspects system respectively from construction of "two type society" ecological value guidance technology to mechanisms, construction of "two type society" technology innovation system construction industry, construction of "two type society" to the green technology policy environment construction are discussed, this is the key.
