Study On The Development Of Green Technology In The View Of New-type Urbanization

With therapid progress of urbanization,global challenges,such as resource shortage,environmental pollution,have become increasingly prominent.In order to solve the dilemma in the development of urbanization,the new-type urbanization has proposed of the development strategy in China.While green technology is the preferred measures to realize the green development of new urbanization.Based on new pattern urbanization,this paper studies the development of green technology which can strengthen the theoretical basis of green technology development.There has a theoretical significance in promoting the development of green technology and has a practical significance in promoting the green development of new urbanization.The main research of this paper contains six parts.The introduction part mainly reviews the research situation of green technology in China and other countries and describes the research content and significance of this paper.The second part reviews and analyzes the concepts and connotation of the new-type urbanization and green technology,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.The third part mainly elaborates the effect of green technology on the construction of new-type urbanization.Green technology can alleviate the problems such as resource dilemma and environmental pollution in urban construction process.Acceleration progress and innovation of green technology,which can promote optimizing and upgrading industrial structures and improve people's quality of life.The fourth part discuses application field and the problems of green technology in the development of urbanization.The development of green technology looks good and got some achievements in the construction of energy,transportation,construction,industry and waste disposal,etc..However,green technology is still at primary stage of development in our country and there are many problems in the development of green technology.The current system level of green technology is not high,there still is a great gap compared with the international advanced level and cannot satisfy the increasing needs of domestic production people living.The fifth part analyses thoroughly the causes of the problems in the development of green technology from four aspects of concept,system,policy and ability.Based on the practice of the new urbanization construction and the theoretical analysis of the fifth chapter,the sixth chapter puts forwards a series of solutions for the healthy development of green technology in the current situation.Firstly,we should cultivate the green consciousness and formulate and improve laws and regulations of green technology.Secondly,the government needs to strengthen macro-control and supervision,which help to enable green technology to better integrate into the new-type urbanization construction.Finally,strengthen the training and introduction of talents which can improve the technical content and innovation ability of green technology.
