Research Of Investment And Financing Matching Degree Of Listed Companies

Corporate investment and financing management has been the core of financial management study, as the two movement of enterprise funds, investing and financing activities are closely related. The measure and evaluation of investment and financing match level, and study of its impact on the enterprise market value, is practically significant on encouraging enterprises improvement of capital efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing the profitability and anti-risk ability of listed companies.This paper is divided into five parts. Chapter one is introduction. Chapter two is theoretical basis. Chapter three is investment and financing matching degree of listed companies evaluation system establishment. Chapter four is investment and financing matching degree of listed companies evaluation model based on a combination weighting method. Chapter five is empirical research on investment and financing matching degree of listed companies.The main work of this paper are:(1) Define the concept of investment and financing matching, establish an investment and financing matching degree evaluation indicator system. Put companies investment and finance issues into a framework, considering the amount, duration, specificity, liquidity, risk and cost-benefit coordination configuration of investment and financing.(2) Establish the investment and financing matching evaluation model of listed companies. Use positive indicators scoring method, negative indicators scoring method and sub-index scoring method to score the investment and financing matching evaluation indicators. Weight the indicators through combination method of Globjective method and entropy, retaining a true reflection of actual situation and speculate on the future changes of subjective method, but also reflecting the importance of indicators attributes for evaluating and experts knowledge and experience, and then get the final weight, establish the investment and financing matching evaluation model of listed companies.(3) Empirical research on investment and financing matching degree of China's manufacturing listed companies. Use the China Securities Regulatory Commission Industrial Classification code for the C7(machinery, equipment, instrument manufacturing industry companies)as the study sample, empirically analyze investment and financing matching degree status of China's manufacturing listed companies, provide reference for the analysis of their own investment and financing issues. Pearson Correlation research of investment and financing matching level and market value of listed companies, further verify the significance of research of investment and financing matching degree, providing new ideas for listed companies to improve their market value.
