Research On The Related Problems For Highway Freight Vehicle-Cargo Matching

In recent years,with the continuous and rapid growth of China's highway freight business,Logistics supply enterprises and the number of operation vehicles show an increasing trend,at the same time it also brings some problems such as the information asymmetry of vehicle's supply and demand,no-load of transport vehicles' back tracking and low efficiency of vehicle-goods stowage,which limit the further development of the highway freight industry.With the rapid development of Internet +,Industry 4.0,intelligent manufacturing in China and Logistics 4.0,the research on the problem of highway vehicle-goods stowage has become one of the important strategies of regional logistics development.In order to solve the above problems,this paper launches a study on the related issue of highway vehicle-goods stowage in the background of vehicle-goods matching which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the vehicle-cargo matching,save the time on choosing the partner of two sides and promote the rapid and healthy development of the highway freight market.In this paper,we use the theoretical analysis method,the multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation method and the multi-objective matching sorting algorithm to study the related problems of highway vehicle-goods stowage.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of vehicle-goods matching in domestic and foreign and briefly describes the operation form of the distribution platform.At the same time,this paper puts forward the existing problems and shortcomings of the vehicle-cargo matching in our country,and then expounds the necessity of the research on the relevant problems of highway vehicle-goods stowage.(2)This paper separately establishes the matching model of vehicle selecting goods and goods selecting vehicle.Under the analysis of supply and demand matching principles,processes,steps and other conditions,A double filtering matching index system which is based on the matching degree as the objective function is established,and separately establishes the matching model of vehicle selecting goods and goods selecting vehicle.Through the use of questionnaires and telephone research,the weight coefficient of each index in the vehicle-goods matching model is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).(3)According to the actual situation of credit evaluation between two sides' source of goods and vehicle,this paper is the first to apply the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the credibility of two sides' source of goods and vehicle,and then through constructing the grey comprehensive evaluation model of the two sides' source of goods and vehicle,and uses the actual data to calculate the grey correlation degree of waiting for the selected vehicle source.It is not only to get the competitive advantage sequence of the vehicle source side to be selected but also quantify the value of credit level of the vehicle source side to be selected.(4)Applying of the supply and demand information in highway freight,this paper establishes the Excel forms of the vehicle source selection,and then filters the primary and secondary indicators and uses the matching algorithm programming on the basis of the high and low of matching degree to find the matching results of selecting vehicles for goods.The model makes it possible for two sides' source of goods and vehicle to find the optimal partner in a short time,which is beneficial to improve the loading efficiency.
