The sub-prime mortgage crisis of the United States began in 2007 has evolved into the financial crisis which swept the United States and impacted the whole world. The crisis makes slowdown of global economy and global financial market vibration. With joint efforts, the world economy was finally out of the dangerous and comes into a special historical era, called "Post-Crisis Era".As the situation turns better, China takes measures to stimulate the economy to further economic growth. However, China's economy has inevitably been affected and challenged. In order to reduce the affection of crisis, China should carry out some countermeasures to cope with it. Research on the Influence on China's export trade is a good point.This article basis on the theory of financial crisis, researches on deepens understanding of impact on China's export trade and Chinese export enterprises. The thesis focuses on the transmission mechanisms of the international financial crisis. By studying the evolution and influences of the financial crisis, the article gives us some advice how China should adjust her foreign trade policies and optimize the internal structures in the Post-Crisis Era.The article is mainly about how and how much the financial crisis affects China's export trade. Part one is the introduction which contains the importance of the subject, the literature summary and the innovations of the thesis. The following part is introduces the general situation of American financial crisis. In Part Three the article analyzes the influences of American financial crisis on China's export trade and on Chinese enterprises, pointing out: there are four transmission mechanisms that financial crisis impacts on China's exports, including price, demand, trade finance and trade policy. On the basis of above, Part Four empirically analyzes the effect of variation of American GDP on the export trade of China. In the fifth part, the article points out that China's economy has inevitably been affected and challenged. Meanwhile, there are also opportunities for China's export, so it is necessary for our country to take valid countermeasures, so as to change the crisis into the opportunity and promote the good and quick development of China's export trade. In the final part, some specific suggestions for the exporting companies and government of China are presented.
