With the vigorous development of car sales industry in today, it has been the fact which can not be disputed that car sales talents are the most valuable wealth of enterprise. The amount of car sales increased sharply in recent years, but sales talents shortages has been under way. It is now a normal state for sales consultant to have optional job-hopping and to recruit new people for enterprise frequently. This article did the investigation for the car distribution enterprises and sales employees, and found out the reasons of the sales personnel leaving the company in car industry and establish corresponding strategies and mechanism. So it's convenient for enterprise to reduce Personnel departure and reduce the cost of enterprise human resources, stabilizing sales talents, and enhance the industry core competitiveness of enterprise.This paper puts the HuiHua Automobile Group as the researching object and take the form of the case analysis to analyze why the life cycle of the car sales enterprise staff is short. This article is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction of this case's studies of research significance, research purposes, research ideas and research methods. The second part is the sales description of the problem of manpower shortage, mainly from Wai Wah Group's briefing, the car sales industry status and characteristics of its own sales staff to start discussion. The third part of the individual factors from the employee, corporate and cultural factors, the automotive industry factors and business perspective on the human cost of car sales staff to explain the phenomenon of frequent separations and analysis. Finally, by HuiHua Group of case studies summarizing the recommendations to solve the shortage of sales personnel and measures, including the prevention of sales staff quit to avoid the tendency to build excellent corporate culture, to take effective measures and incentives to help employees develop career plans "gold project."...
