Research Of Upgrade Competitiveness Of Changchun Auto Industry Backed Up By The FAW Group

Changchun is the cradle of Chinese auto industry; With FAW Group taking the lead, supplemented by a full-invested subsidiary and holding filiales, and supporting industry of Changchun auto industry is a pillar industry which promotes the rapid development of Changchun economy. Contrapose the competitively existing situation of vehicle groups in China, and combine the development of Changchun auto industry actual. This paper use Analytical Hierarchy Process to analyze the competitiveness of Changchun auto industry backed up by the FAW Group.First, this paper introduces and analyzes industrial competitiveness theory and relative theory. Second, set up the industrial competitiveness appraising index measured the basic elements of evaluation; find out the index for analysis. Establish evaluation system mainly made up of 3 first-grade indexes and 13 second-grade indexes, and build appraising models, judgment matrixes. Third, calculate the weight of each index according to the latest figures, and do the non-dimensional indicators of treatment, comparative analyze on regions and indexes, and order, grad and evaluate their overall capabilities. Last, summarize develop result and existent problem of Changchun auto industry, and put forward some strategies and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of it.
