With the developing of China Economic, China government reports confirmed that the income of China residents will grow up 7% per year within the future 5years. On one side, the income is increasing, on the other side, more than 2 million positions in the south of China can't hire employee. The company must face to the turnover problem, it becomes more serious. The enterprise management team must face to resolve the problem, how to reduce the employee turnover and keep the core employee and contribute harmonious culture.Textual analyze the feature of Coca-Cola demission employees in the past 3 years. The turnover researched by city, age, gender, education, service years, job band, etc. The research showed that the turnover ratio came to the pick when the employees in 20-35 years old, male, university education, service for 2-3 years. The company management team should focus.A Early-warning Module was built by 3 dimensionality. There are personal element, company element and social element, totally 24 factors to analysis the reason of turnover. By the analysis, depends on the Early-warning model which gives 3 level of warning, the company need to face to the inside problem. By building Culture, improve capability, consummate salary and performance system, raise engagement, companies reduce turnover.
