In 21 century, human resource as one main resource in social development, which has been tested and proved by many enterprise practices, has been acknowledged by every walk of life. So its role in enterprise becomes more and more important. Because the enterprise is live, the problems of enterprise vary in different development stages, especial when the enterprise is in the transition from one stage to another. During development stages, the enterprise development may be limited by its original management mode. Only if the limitation is recognized and solved in the right way, the enterprise would grow up. Obviously, enterprise development is closely related to the innovation of human resource management mode.Human resource management innovation is new management concepts, management modes and other methods which because of the huge circumstance (situation) change, managers choose and use, aiming to enhance the adaptability and effectiveness of running in organization (enterprise). In this thesis, enterprise growth is divided into three stages----initial stage, rapid growth stage and stable development stage. As study object----enterprise human resource management innovation, this thesis studies the different human resource management innovation modes in different enterprise growth stages:firstly, it analyses the operation management features of different enterprise growth stages; secondly, it analyses the transition between different stages, that two points of inflection, and then concludes the innovation mechanism which in order to improve enterprise development, human resource management faces; lastly, it presents the most appropriate human resource management innovation modes of different enterprise growth stages.In the beginning, because of the weak finance and small scale, enterprises focus on product researching, developing and marketing. In this stage, there is no perfect human resource management system and no separate human resource management department. Human resource management which is merely considered as one aid tool, focuses on hiring excellent employees with the supervision of entrepreneurs. Most operation work is outsourced. When one enterprise enters into rapid growth stage, some management procedures may lead to low efficiency. So, human resource management in this stage focuses on polishing human resource management system, building learning organization, carrying out humanistic management, and providing human security for the rapid growth. In stable development stage, although the enterprise has had a strong power, its growth becomes smoothly and its weaknesses start to appear. Human resource management should be innovated to maintain the stable development and heightened itself to strategy level. While its duty is to retain core workers, measure enterprise performance and choose rewards in a synthetic way----The Balanced Score Card, which can make the enterprise keep developing diver and extend its life cycle. At the end of this article, analyzing the Haier mode made through the developing process to confirms the validity of this study.
