Guangzhou CZ Corporation Finance Scheme Research

Since the implementation of the national policy of reform and opening up, the small and medium enterprises in China have been developing greatly and playing irreplaceable roles in creating jobs, activating market, increasing people's income and stabilizing the society. However, due to the small scale of these enterprises, the banks at home are reluctant to offer loans to them, and this situation is restricting their development. This thesis is to carry out practical study on a typical example of small and medium high-tech enterprises-----Guangzhou CZ Co., Ltd. As one of small and medium private businesses in Guangdong, the Guangzhou CZ Co., Ltd. specializes in design, research, development, production, sale and management of computer software, network and electronic products. Upon its entry into the growing phase, the company is stuck in the difficulty of financing in a large scale, given the demands for expanding business scale and developing new-tech products. The present study on the financing strategy and plan of the Guangzhou CZ Co., Ltd. will be of great significance and value for the discovery of solutions to the difficulties that small and medium high-tech private businesses meet in financing.The thesis first explores the capital bottleneck problem that the CZ Co., Ltd encounters in its development by combining theory with practice and qualitative with quantitative study, and analyzing the status quo of the company, such as its business market, products, technological resources and human resources. Second, the thesis finds what caused the difficulty of financing:lack of clear financing strategies, not standard financial behavior, weak financing ability and inadequate funds of the company. Third, considering the above problems, the thesis analyzes a few major financing approaches including requesting loans from bank, issuing bonds and stocks and puts forward the optimal financing solution—issuing stocks, then design the plan of issuing stocks according to the relevant requirements. By restructuring the limited company, efforts are made to improve the management system of the company so as to make it meet the financial and management requirements for listed company, hence realizing the purpose of financing by going listed.The present study, based on the deep analysis on the financing structure and plan of Guangzhou CZ Company, aims to erect an example for other small and medium emprises of China in improving their financing situation.
