Since the reform and open policy of China, processing trade in Jiangsu depending on kinds of superiorities developed fast and became the Province's most important trading form. Jiangsu Province's economy took- off in a large extent,which stems from the rapid development of Processing trade. Processing trade in Jiangsu has become an important Part of the national economy and promoted economic growth in the main Power.Jiangsu Province processing trade industry exposes a series of questions while its fast development, which already could not adapt Jiangsu economy development, the processing trade must transform and upgrade. Meanwhile,along with the domestic and foreign policies and economic situation's unceasing change, Jiangsu Province processing trade reforming promotion has been brought the new opportunity and challenge. Under the new situation,how to deal with the challenge, to hold the opportunity, speeds up Jiangsu province's Processing trade transformation and upgrading ,is an important issue which urgently Waits to solve out.Start from theories on processing trade transformation and upgrading home and abroad,the article analyzes present situation of Jiangsu Province Processing trade, summarizes existence questions of Jiangsu Province Processing trade , study on main effects which influence on transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu Province processing trade by empirical analysis. Finally,according to the empirical results, combining the actual situation of processing trade in Jiangsu province, Policy suggestions aimed to Promote the t transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu Province processing trade are put forward.
