Global Service Outsourcing Country's Service Outsourcing Industry Comparative Study

Along with the great development of service industry in the world, the proportion of trade in service in the global trade is rising continuously. And it has been an important part of global economic development. At the same time, service outsourcing emerges and shows great potential all over the world with the development of globalization and change of international division.In this article,it summarizes the related theory of service outsourcing at home and abroad,and compares both the present situation of the development of economic environment and the present situation of service outsourcing among the countries such as India, China and Ireland. It also quantitatively analysis the service outsourcing with applying the Market Share Ratio(MS), Revealed Comparative Advantages(RCA), Trade Competitiveness Index(TC) and the Service Openness(SO) in the trade of commercial services in these countries. Then we can find some conclusions that Indian service outsourcing industries are much stronger than Chinese, but China also has its own advantages in some fields. Finally, the dissertation also puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the development of Chinese service outsourcing export in order to help the government and the enterprises to have a more accurate grasp of the future development direction and strategy of trade in service.
