Corporate social responsibility has been one of the issues which the theorists and practitioners have paid attention to commonly since the 20th century.With the rapid economic development,the missing of social responsibility exposed in enterprise business process is becoming increasingly prominent,especially in China,due to corporate social responsibility topics had been proposed later,with the relevant policies and regulations being not perfect,corporate social responsibility of the situation has been becoming very appalling,so how to solve such problems from the theory and practice levels is the common aspiration of the global theorists and practitioners.Therefore,this article wants to analyze the factors which affect corporate fulfill the social responsibility from the macro and micro levels after summarizing and learning from other scholars,research achievements.Firstly,this paper sorted out and reviewed the literature relating to corporate social responsibility from the four aspects of the concept of corporate social responsibility,the general theory of corporate social responsibility,the economic consequences of corporate social responsibility and the factors affecting corporate fulfill the social responsibility. Then, based on stakeholder theory, this paper presented the definition and calculation of corporate social responsibility in Chapter III.In Chapter IV, with this method of microeconomics,this paper analyzed the benefit and cost of corporate,s undertaking social responsibility in four sorts of markets which are perfectly competitive market, monopolistic competition market, oligopoly market and monopoly market;Analysis showed that:due to the perfectly competitive firm can not change the price and fulfilling social responsibility will only reduce their profit , so the initiative of the perfectly competitive corporate fulfilling social responsibility is high ; after fulfilling the social responsibility the monopolistic competitive corporate can enhance not only the price,and sales will increase,so the initiative of the monopolistic competitive corporate fulfilling social responsibility is greater;oligopolistic corporate fulfilling social responsibility can not only reduce own profit,but increase other oligopolistic corporate,s profit,so oligopolistic corporate will not take the initiative to fulfill their social responsibility;as to complete monopoly corporate,because of its unique,and social responsibility it fulfills to a certain extent depends on the degree of government control on its price.Then this paper made a comparative analysis between the monopolistic competitive corporate and the oligopolistic corporate about social responsibility which showed that monopolistic competitive corporate fulfilling social responsibility is better than the oligopolistic corporate.However,under both markets,the undulation of corporate fulfilling social responsibility is very different,for this result,this article started from the micro-level and obtained the following empirical results:the situation of corporate fulfilling social responsibility and its return on total assets is positively correlated while correlated negatively with its asset-liability ratio and the proportion of the independent directors.Therefore,this article considered that the factors which affect corporate fulfilling social responsibility were both from the macro level and the micro level.Finally,this paper summarized the full text and put up the relevant suggestions,surely pointed out the inadequacies of this article too.
