Since reform and opening, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements, but which is accompanied with increasingly widened urban-rural gap, including disposable income, health and education investment, etc., these gaps are likely to cause the expansion of social injustice sense. The sense of social injustice in our country has evolved into the most serious social and psychological problems. Finding the source of the sense of social injustice, then we can act appropriately to the situation, which, undoubtedly, can avoid the negative effects produced by the spread of the negative psychological. This paper intends to analyze the sense of social injustice from the perspective of credit availability. Although a lot of measures have been taken to address the problem of rural finance, but the research achievements obtained so far show that, in China's rural financial market right now, financial supply and demand is still inhibited. The credit availability of farmers, especially for those disadvantaged households, is quite low.Through discussing current situation and the influence factors of the social-justice sense and current situation and the influence factors of credit availability of farmers respectively, finding that there are some overlapping areas in the influence factors between social-justice sense and credit availability, plus credit's positive effect on the welfare of farmers, it is possible that there is some links in between. Then by using the obtained field research data, testing the relationship between the sense of social justice and credit availability empirically. On the basis of these analyses, the methods and countermeasures of improving farmers' credit availability and the sense of social justice are put forward to offer references to farmers and government's policy-decision.The paper consists of five parts as follows:PartⅠrecalls the research achievements obtained so far of the sense of social justice and credit availability, and analyze credit availability's possible impact on the sense of social justice. And the part defines justice, points out the problems faced by social justice and how to measure the sense of social justice, and analyzes the influence factors of the sense of social justice. Then the part measures the credit availability of farmers from the supply of rural finance and rural financial needs of farmers, correspondingly, we can improve the credit availability of farmers through those two and non-interest cost, combined with measures improving the literacy and interest rate. aspects. Then the part analyzes the research achievements obtained so far of the credit's effect on the welfare of farmers, mainly including the view of income mobility and the research of microfinance's impact on the welfare of farmers. On this basis, the research methods used in the paper is determined, including how to choose dependent variable and independent variable, using the Logistic model for empirical analysis, and so on.PartⅡanalyzes the influence factors of the sense of social justice. And the part finds out that the situation of the sense of social justice around our country is not very different, the more serious lack of the sense of social justice concentrates on the transition zone between urban and rural areas, through field research in Zhejiang, Hubei, Fujian, Jiangxi and Gansu. As for farmers, the influence factors of the sense of social justice include age, education, area, power, and family background, etc. through further discussion we can find that institutional arrangement is the most fundamental. The key is to maintain"a fair process"of wealth creating, that is to ensure that everyone could be successful with their own efforts.PartⅢanalyzes the influence factors of the credit availability of farmers. Statistics indicate that the financial supply in rural areas is not inhibited, but the credit supply in the "three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers" market is relatively weak, which is reflected in the field research data that less than 50% of farmers obtain the loan successfully. As for farmers, the influence factors of credit availability include family income per year, head of household's age, credit history and the level of education, etc. As a matter of fact, Farmers do not have to rely on the policies formulated by the state, but can take the initiative to meet the conditions of the loan application of rural credit cooperatives. On the basis of the analyses before, the core assumptions of this article is proposed.PartⅣtests the relationship between the sense of social justice and credit availability empirically. The empirical research indicates that the sense of social justice correlates positively with credit availability of farmers, power factors, and family income factors, but negatively with gap factor. For various reasons, the situation of education, gender and age failed to enter the final regression equation. Combining all these conclusions we find that, as long as the effective income mobility can be ensured by institutional arrangements, the status of the sense of social justice will be in sound condition.PartⅤprovides some suggestions for farmers and policy makers respectively according to the foregoing theoretical analysis and empirical test. As for the former, to improve credit availability and thus improve the sense of social justice does not have to be relied on government support and funding, but can be relied on their own efforts. As for the latter, they should increase the publicity of rural credit cooperatives and other rural financial institutions, build a system of accountability, increase the transparency of government information, gradually establish a legal system to protect private property rights, and increase investment in rural infrastructure.
