A Study On Subsidies Modes Of New Energy Industry In China

The supply and demand of Energy and the impact of climate and environment have become an important factor in economic development, while new energy resources has great potential and environment-friendly features, which makes people focus on the development of new energy industry. New energy industry is an emerging industry in recent years,and more and more countries start to support the development with a series of supportive subsidies policies, though, foreign researches in this field is much earlier than our country, and the subsidy policies are more abundant, however, China's current commitment to develop new energy industry and the trend is obviously convinced , which will bring our country a bright new future in the international energy market.The theme of this paper is to find effective ways of subsidies to promote the development of new energy industries in China. Mainly from the following aspects:First, this paper summarizes technical and economic characteristics of the new energy industry and the strategic development status in China, and then gives the theoretical analysis of the implementation of subsidies for new energy industry, at last, makes a further step to analyze the feasibility of China's implementation of the subsidies policy.Secondly, with the abstract to the concrete way, this paper tries to find a new mode of subsidies and the path of selection in the phases of the development of the industry. Here, giving the theoretical explanation of the new energy industry developing courses, a variety of government subsidies modes in technological innovation, market penetration and investment environment, with the role of three aspects of the path, we give the practice of subsidies in developed countries as an example, from the three aspects above described effectively promote the development of new energy industry.Then, with the previous analysis, based on China's new energy industry subsidies and outstanding issues, this paper proposes short-term and long-term proposals to develop new energy industry.Finally, with the analysis of the case of photovoltaic industry, paper focus on the new energy industry subsidies in this area. According to the photovoltaic industry's own characteristics, and the general of new energy industries, its industrial development in the phenomena and problems, this paper tries to explain the factors from government subsidy modes. According to the foregoing conclusions, the paper gives the policy recommendations for photovoltaic industry.At present, new energy industry in China is poised, while subsidy policy is an important factor influencing the development of industry, therefore, it has some theoretical and practical significance, with a theoretical point of view to improve our new energy industry'subsidies policy for optimization of industrial development, which provides a reference for policy practice.
