| New energy industry is determined by the central government as one of the new strategic industries whose development need to be accelerated. This is an important strategic choice to make under the new situation that we must change the mode of economic growth,optimize the industrial structure and achieve industrial upgrading. As an important province in central part of China,Jiangxi province should share its corresponding proportion in the whole new energy industry development in China. So the study on the new energy industry and its effect upon the economic growth in Jiangxi province become an important subject.In this paper,we analyzed and calculated the proportion of new energy industry in the GDP of Jiangxi province according to the statistical data of recent years after described new energy and new energy industry,and worked out its contribution and contribution rate to the whole economic growth of the year from 2006 to 2010. The conclusion included that the contribution is about 0.01%to 0.36%, and the contribution rate is between 0.51%to 2.74%, and there have a up trend.Further,we analyzed and calculated the forward push effect and backward pull effect of the new energy industry's development in 2007 upon its relevant industries,and determined industries which closely related to the new energy industry. The result showed that the total driving effect is 0.3234,and the new energy industry has 7 closely related industries,the ordinal list included metal smelting and rolling processing industry, electric power and heat production and supply industry, transportation and warehousing industry, oil and natural gas mining industry, coal mining and coal washing industry, wholesale and retail trade industry and chemical industry.Later,we made an empirical analysis on new energy industry'driving effect upon the three industries of Jiangxi province in 2007.The result showed that the total driving effect is 2.051,the ordinal list included secondary industry 1.3857,the tertiary industry 0.5765 and primary industry 0.0888. |
