The Discussion On Tourism Development Model Of The Famous Historical And Cultural Town In Northeast China

In recent years, tourism as a "sunrise industry" has grown in strength and more and more popular, which has became a kind of economic developmen path. Most of the famous historical and cultural towns have also made it as a pillar industry in economic development. Famous historic and cultural town is a kind of special town, there are many cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. They are the wisdom and hard-working people's crytallizations. In the process of tourism development, there are some advantages and weak link in tourism resources. This paper takes the famous historical and cultural town in Northeast China as the research object, the analyzes on tourism resources situation is conducted. Moreover, by taking sustainable development theory, the center place theory and industrial chain theory etc. as guidance, the development model of famous historical and cultural town in Northeast China is exploratory proposed. This paper also do a detail study and analysis for Zhouzhuagn, Lijiang, Pingyao ect., with the aim to provide reference experience for history and culture of the Northeast region's tourism development. In addition to the conclusion, there are five parts in the paper:The first chapter introduces the research background, significance of the topic, review relevant research at home and abroad, content and technology roadmap of the famous history and culture of the Northeast region's tourism development.The second chapter mainly discusses the related concepts and theories on the development of the famous historical and cultural towns.The third chapter select some cases of Chinese famous history and culture towns, analyzs their profile and the situation of their tourism development, and summs up the experience of the development,expects to provide help for the development of historial and cultural town of the Northeast region ;The fourth chapter implement on the specific analysis of the famous historical and cultural of the Northeast region, in first, this paper analysis their status, then analysis their characteristics, on those basis, categories the historical and cultural towns.In the fifth chapter, based on the previous chapters, analysis the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and threats in the industry chain development model of the historical and cultural towns in Northeast China. Then, it proposes various tourism industry chains by the characteristics. Finally, in the view of marketing stretching the chain, and ensure the historical and cultural town's tourism development healthy.
