The world of business is continuously and rapidly changing. Banking in particular has been undergoing enormous transformations. The movement towards globalization, the new competitive environment, and the dramatic acceleration of electronic communications and the evolution of new regulatory regimes has created new realities for the banking industry. Islamic banks do not only need to respond to these new realities, but also have to look seriously into the risk inherent into their own system. Thus this paper focused on a research framework on risk management practices and the aspects of risk management processes. It further focuses on introducing Islamic financial products, in order to understand better the product's specific characteristics. It also evaluates the performance of Islamic banks after a few decades, and raises the question of whether they remained focused on their original economic mission and also social principles which have their place in the global financial system; to materialize our research we have chosen the Islamic bank of Republic of Guinea. Then, the discussions are used to generate research hypotheses to suggest the relationships. Hence, further research can prove empirically the relationships and hence provide contribution in the area of Islamic banking in general and that of Guinean in particular. Research methodology in this paper is based on qualitative research of information system (IS) research methods: interview, observations, examination of banks documents and these documents analysis. The research suggests that there is a positive relationship between risk management practices and the aspects of risk management process. Only in this way can we better cope with globalization's series of risk. Based on the bank's risk management in Islam; bank risk management for later reference of the theoretical basis.
