| The real estate industry is a burgeoning industry in our country. It is gradually established and developed with the growing of the reform and opening-up and socialist market economy. After 30 years of reform. Chinese real estate industry has already begun to take shape. In the future, with the rapid economic development, the real estate industry will have larger development prospects. This paper mainly studies the real estate development of financial market which provides sufficient funds to promote its development. In this paper, first, describe the concept of real estate and real estate finance, and analyze the real estate and real estate finance for economic development and social progress, and points out that the development of the real estate is important for the society. Second, analyze the emergence and development of the real estate market in our country, the key is it takes a research to our current status of real estate finance. It points out that the real estate market in our country has achieved a great achievements, because of it the national economy and people life level has been improved, but China's real estate market, also has many problems, such as its single financing source, financial institutions credit, house prices rising sharply, etc. The third part talks about the housing finance system of foreign advanced the establishment and development, such as developed estate guaranty secondary market in USA. Singapore's common reserve fund system, etc, and analyse how the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis begin and develop and its consequences. At last part,aiming the present problems in Chinese housing market, this paper puts forward the opinion to build the secondary market of Chinese real estate finance mortgage, and analyzes the important significance of establish the secondary market of Chinese real estate finance mortgages, and proposes how to establish the secondary market of Chinese real estate finance mortgage in Chinese actual situation. |
