This article studies the location problem of 3PLs' (third-party logistics enter-prises )outsourcing crunodes, 3PLs construct the logistics service network by out-sourcing crunodes, in order to meet the client's logistics need, improve the logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs.This article is focused on the location problem of 3PLs'outsourcing logistics crunodes. It mostly contains such things. The first stage is primary selection of out-sourcing crunodes. Considering the 3PLs'development request and the customers'logistics demand, this article analyzes the Influencing factors about location of 3PLs'outsourcing logistics crunodes and, the evaluation indexes system for primary selection of outsourcing crunodes is presented,then uses the FAHP to evaluate every crunodes to select several superior logistics crunodes, which ensures the effectiveness of the logistics network. The second stage is the optimized model'building of the lo-cation of 3PLs'outsourcing logistics crunodes. In order to determine the final location plan, A optimized model based on two phases and one stage logistics network is pro-posed in this article. Its goal is to make the logistics total cost smallest. How to solve the optimized model is very important. Comparing each kind of solving methods,the hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem in this article for location and service distribution. The end is the use of the location problem of 3PLs'out-sourcing logistics crunodes in practical ways. For example, the 3PLs which mainly provide logistics services for home appliances manufactures use the method of this article to locate the logistics centers. This example is to prove the usability of the lo-cation method in this article.
