Study The Role Of Government In Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility (Corporate social responsibility, referred to as CSR ) is an important concept of the multidisciplinary field in the early twentieth century , but also a fundamental idea of building harmonious enterprises and society.It is to be like that corporate social responsibility is their own philosophy and social responsibility management system, however, the development and operation of the company is in a certain social environment. Currently, from our corporate social responsibility point of view, there is a lack of social responsibility issues, which is relates to both enterprises and government departments. It can be seen from this that, in Chinese planned economy to the market economy transition stage, government leadership in market economy development continues to play a leading role .At present, in the case of being lack of corporate social responsibility to promote the social foundation and various social forces in China, it is particularly important of the government of the guide and promote.This article will analyze the corporate social responsibility from the perspective of government management and services. Starting from fulfilling the responsibility of the government, it systematically analyzes the role of government on the corporate social responsibility, so as to better fulfill their social responsibility to put forward the scientific advice.This paper selects Binhua foreshore group stock limited company of Binzhou City as the case to analyze. According to the role of the government in the process of fulfilling social responsibility, establish the social responsibility system, in order to better play the role of government departments, to enable enterprises to achieve economic benefits and social benefits of the double harvestThe purpose of carrying out case study is wanted that enterprises have important reference method to fulfill the social responsibility in the future. The government plays the role of supervision and service, in order to contribute to the improvement of corporate social responsibility. In the case analysis, according to the case in practice, this thesis puts forward some reasonable suggestions, and hopes that it can help the enterprise in performing social responsibility.
