With the rapidly development of knowledge economy in the whole world, knowledge is becoming the key resources in the competition of organizations while it is replacing the traditional producing factors. In the knowledge-exploding age, the updating of knowledge is becoming faster and faster. If the individuals, organizations and enterprises want to take full advantage of knowledge, they must learn and transfer knowledge more effectively. Nowadays, creative industries became an important strength leading the development and innovation of the industry in a country. The performance of knowledge transfer in the creative project team affects the development of the whole industry and competitive advantage of a enterprise.From the view of knowledge transfer among members of creative project, this paper discusses the influencing factors of knowledge transfer. And with the theory and methods of statistics, this paper analyses if the contrlling varibles affect knowledge transfer performance and then cmpair the media richness theory with transfer media. With the review of abundant literature both in home and abroad, this paper gives the research points, summarizes the influencing factors of knowledge transfer among team members of creative project and gives the five factors model of this paper. Based on this work above, we select the indicator system and gives hypotheses. We tests the hypotheses by empirical research with questionnaire and SPSS.According to the results of investigation and analyze, this paper amends the model and hypotheses. The main results are as follows: (1) the main five kinds of factors influencing knowledge transfer performance among members of creative project are: knowledge, source, recipient, context and media; (2)the factor influencing knowledge transfer performance among team members of creative project are recipient motive, high richness media, relationship, complexity and specificity, tacitness, receives; (3)the members of creative project prefer to use high richness media in knowledge transfer; (4)the role of the team members in knowledge transfer does not affect knowledge transfer performance positively.
