With the development and improvement of the modern enterprise system,the competition of enterprises have not only reflected in the capital, resources and technical and other traditional aspects of the competition, but more and more dependent on the role, embodied in human capital competition. Operators as business managers and decision makers, their performance do have big influence to promote the enterprises growth. Therefore they were not just human capital, but also the power of an enterprise development. In order to achieve win-win objective between the business owners and the operators, the owners should design efficient incentive mechanism, which will enable operators to take an active, dedicated input business development.In this paper, to integrate the actual situation of our country, we choose questionnaire survey and statistical analysis way to finish this empirical research. Our research is focused on the efficiency and preference of incentive mechanism. First of all, we emphasize the importance of the incentive for the operators. Through analysis of the modern documents and materials and the practical application of incentives and performance evaluation indicators in the corporate, take full consideration of the study, such as measurable problems. We design the questionnaire survey, which cover the impact factors of performance. A variety of factors designed to the corresponding problem, the formation of the questionnaire. To use statistical analysis software SPSS16.0 to analyze the reliability of the questionnaire analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and analysis of test results. Empirical analysis shows that both the spirit and material incentives affect corporate performance. And the affect also comes from the operators' evaluation partly. At different stages of development of the enterprise, they choose different incentive mechanism. And the operators have a diverse assessment to the different mechanism. Finally, the theoretical analysis of empirical studies results, we suggest the owners choose combination incentives for the operators.In this paper, with a certain degree of innovation, we put forward the spirit incentive mechanism and to use different incentive mechanism during the different stages of the development of enterprises. Hope can supply another choice for the business owner.
