In recent years Changqing Oil Field develop rapidly, oil and gas production soared year after year, Changqing Oil Field oil equivalent in 2009 exceeded 3,000 tons, more than Shengli Oilfield, becoming the second major oil and gas field. Changqing Oilfield brilliant achievements in recent years is the result of joint efforts of staff, as the most widely and most difficult grass-roots employees, plays a key role for the development of Changqing Oilfield and plays an indelible contribution. But how to make grass-roots staff to play a greater role in enhancing work efficiency, increasing employee job satisfaction is essential,employee satisfaction impact on firm performance is significant.This paper attempts to find the key factors of the grass-roots staff in Changqing oilfield affect the function of incentive, investigate and research incentive factors of the status, analyzes from the work development, compensation and benefits, training, work environment these four factors, through data analysis that affect Changqing oilfield grass-roots staff incentive factors, and the main factors of different sexes, different degree, different age and seniority of the influence of different employee satisfaction factor differences and then points out that improve job incentive effect of Changqing oilfield development of important significance, from compensation and benefits, work development, training and study, puts forward improvement work environment four aspects of the grass-roots staff job relevant incentive scheme. Salary and welfare incentive schemes include incentive compensation and diversified welfare policies; Work development incentive schemes include provide career planning services, broaden the promotion channel; Training learning motivation scheme put forward the training as a reward, and provide comprehensive training content; Working environment incentive schemes is mainly in the basic perfect living conditions, provide staff feeling of home, meet its social needs. The four aspects of the motivation is not isolated, but complementary. To motivate employees from whole enhance work efficiency.
