Risk Control Study Within System Implementation For ABC Corporation From Financial Perspective

Nowadays, the value of ERP theory has been widely accepted, and more and more enterprises adopt various ERP software to improve their enterprise management comprehensively and continually. Meanwhile, the fact of complexity and high-risk of the ERP implementation usually leads to post-term and over-budget of the projects. Thus how to manage the progress and control the risk throughout the full-cycle of the project implementation becomes very important, and a few of scholars have presented their proposals to handle this problem.ERP system is a core of CH oil company's information technology plan, which covering exploration and production, natural gas and pipeline, refining and chemical industry, sales and marketing, engineering services, equipment, overseas operations, oilfield services, headquarters, business analysis and other aspects of content. The overall objectives of CH oil ERP project are: to help CH oil companies to build a unified, integrated management information platform to enhance data analysis capabilities, to provide decision support, standardize business processes, improve transaction processing efficiency, improve management philosophy, through information technology to enhance CH oil's international competitiveness. Like other major oil companies at home and abroad, CH oil companies established ERP system using SAP software.This paper is divided into six parts. Chapter 1 is about Introduction and Background of the topic, research methods and thesis papers structural arrangements. The second chapter is an overview of the theory. The third chapter refers to financial-related research and evaluation under ABC's ERP system implementation. Chapter IV is financial risk analysis. Chapter V is about financial risk control measures. Chapter VI is the Conclusion.This paper provides related solutions for these problems through research and analysis which will generate outstanding influence to other business. Especially, to some extent, ERP used in the company ensure the quality of financial information to improve financial management.
