Research On Financial Risk Control Of Huatian Hotel From The Perspective Of Internal Control

With the development of market economy and the prosperity of tourism in our country,the hotel industry has also been developed rapidly.However,due to the rapid expansion of the hotel industry,there are a series of related problems,such as poor internal control of the hotel,lack of crisis awareness and risk awareness of the market environment and so on.At the same time,some foreign hotels have also entered the Chinese market,the competition in the hotel industry has been intensified,the profitability of enterprises has gradually decreased,and its financial risk is also gradually increasing.Therefore,hotel enterprises need to analyze and evaluate their own financial risks and take corresponding improvement measures in time to improve the financial crisis of enterprises.This study takes Huatian Hotel as the specific research object,and through the discussion of the enterprise's financial risk in the perspective of internal control,it is hoped that the company can see the seriousness of the current risk and can take relevant improvement measures under internal control in a timely manner.At the same time,it can also play a reference role for other enterprises and the whole hotel industry.This paper first discusses the basic theories of financial risk and internal control,then analyzes the present situation of internal control of Huatian Hotel,and finds that there are some deficiencies in the scientific and rational aspects of the internal control system of Huatian Hotel.At the same time,the financial risk of Huatian Hotel is studied in three aspects: financing,investment and operation,and it is found that Huatian hotel financial risk increased.Then the risk evaluation system is established from the aspects of solvency,profitability,operating ability and development ability of the company.at the same time,entropy method and efficacy coefficient method are effectively combined to quantify the risk degree of Huatian Hotel.The results of the evaluation found that the company has significant financial risks.According to the results of risk assessment of Huatian Hotel and the current situation of enterprise internal control,this study puts forward relevant improvement measures and suggestions for the company from the perspective of internal control.Respectively from the improvement of the company's internal control system,the establishment of the company's financial risk early warning system,improve the company's feedback system to specifically improve the company's financial risk situation.
