Research On China's Enterprises Transnational Mergers And Acquisitions In Cultural Integration

The merger is to extend the enterprise and enhance the effectiveness of competition. However, considerable enterprises merger do not produce the effect. The investigation and studies show that the biggest reason business decrease the value of M&A is the merger of the process of cultural integration. Compared with domestic mergers and acquisitions the transnational mergers and acquisitions of enterprises face greater challenges in the cultural integration. Across cultural integration is the key to success of the transnational mergers.In recent years, Chinese enterprises to actively participate in the world, and becoming an active member. This paper took the actual situation of the multinational enterprises as background, analyze cultural integration problems in enterprises and transnational mergers deeply. Combining questionnaire survey and literature research methods,then fully use the theoretical knowledge of enterprise culture, analyze cross-cultural patterns of integrating purpose, content and integration Based on this integrated, using fuzzy questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis,then build model, study cases on the proposition in depth. This study is major about:First, review both theory and research on the enterprises merger, enterprise culture characteristics and cultural integration of the four modes. Secondly, study the integrated mode of business culture, propose the corporate cultures integrated mode of acquisition. Then set up a scientific corporate culture appraisal target system, and proof-test the system by cases of TCL group,The Lenovo group on cross-border mergers the integration across cultures integrated mode selection. Finally, sum up their experience and lessons, and put forward china's enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions in raising cultural integration results of the measures, to guide china's enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions practice.
