Along with social progress and economic growth, non-profit organization in the world has made great achievements. Furthermore, the entre of international no-profit organization is to improve the development of China non-profit organization. The activities of non-profit organization has been involved in the field of education, technology, culture, health, labor, civil, community, environmental protection, public welfare, charitable, rural economy, professionals in all aspects of social life, is a social construction and an important force in social management. Between both of government, society and government, enterprises to build a platform of exchange, dialogue and cooperation. From the year of 1978 to present, more and more international non-profit organization enter China. From the poverty alleviation and technical assistance to the areas of cooperation which has included social development, economic cooperation and environmental protection, health and other aspects, international non-profit organizations operate their own independent system, and management methods, has become more stronger in China, and influence the economic development, technological innovation, and expanding employment Cooperation with international non-profit organizations is improve local non-profit organizations'continued growth and expansion.How to consider the long-term development of non-profit organizations; how to take advantage of opportunities and reduce the threat to make non-profit organization build a harmonious society in the process, and continue to play a role as economic development and make new contributions to social justice. On non-profit organizations, are faced with a wide variety of opportunities and challenges. Successful strategic management can enable an organization to take active and effective measures to meet the challenges these opportunities.In this paper, the most important strategic management concepts and methods, based on environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control of the basic process of strategic decision-making model of international non-profit organizations-Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH) in China, the development of the next 5 years strategic analysis and research, as the global economy and China's economic development, PATH in the next five years in China should establish conditions more suitable for their own development strategies. This strategy not only to comply with PATH to develop a global mission of the next 20 years:"A world where innovation ensures that health is within reach for everyone", but also to consider the combine of their strengths and the problems.Based on the research process, drawing on the strategic management theory and practice, through the strategic management theory and practice of strategic and non-profit organizations applied to strategic management research, try the strategy of innovation and strategic non-profit organization management theory, In the analysis of non-profit organization status and the plight of strategic management, based on the non-profit organization focused on non-profit organization-PATH strategic management of major projects were studied. From Chinese developing environment, analysis of internal and external environment, analysis of major capacity in China, and project development in China, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of PATH in the development of China within the next five years to develop a strategic direction. PATH project focused on the development of the strategic management of build-depth study done for PATH in the development of China's key projects to develop the strategic principles and construction process. Finally, in term of the strategic management of implementation in key projects to make a strategic monitor and evaluate.
