The outside reason includes the change of macroeconomic environment, industrial structure adjustment and market competition becoming more drastic. The inside reason includes obtaining competition advantage and the need of enterprise development. Strategic transition is a key means that an enterprise meets external environment condition change, improves the competition,, e position, wins the competitive advantage, and keeps enterprise development continuously. There are two kinds of form of strategic transition. One is expanding the relevant business or different business on the basis of keeping the original business; The second kind is to give up the original business to enter in a brand-new industry, realizing remolding oneself thoroughly of the enterprise.It has four key elements that enterprise makes strategic transition, including entrepreneur, resources, industry and implementing separately. The entrepreneur's suffering consciousness, foresight and sagacity and resolution willpower are preconditions that the strategy makes the transition; The quality of key resources and the quantity of surplus resource of the enterprise is the foundation that the strategy makes the transition; Judgments of the enterprise to industry development trend has determined the direction of strategic transition; The effective implementation is the guarantee of the strategic transition.There are four steps in implementation of strategic transition, as choosing opportunity, building vision, resource integration, and cultivating core competence.
