Study On Dynamic Mechanism Of Development Of Urban Agglomeration Of The Western Coast Of Taiwan Strait

In this paper, it analyzes the dynamic mechanism of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait (WCTS) with the method of combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, static analysis and the dynamic analysis based on theory of Development Economics, Regional Economics, New Economic Geography, and other disciplines. Beginning from the concept, connotation and development theory of urban agglomeration, it summarizes the development situation of the formation and development on urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of the Taiwan Strait, and also analyzes problems on the development process of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait. And then it proposes six powers pushing forward the development of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait .The six powers contain objective impulsion, industrial support, guiding force of the policy, foreign funds, the technology innovation and agglomeration effect. Then establish dynamic system model on development of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of the Taiwan Strait based on the six powers. Then it evaluates Comprehensive development level of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait by the relevant data. Finally, according to above quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results about dynamic mechanism of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait, it proposes the countermeasures enhancing power of development of urban agglomeration of the Western Coast of Taiwan Strait.
