The traditional high investment, high consume energy, the high pollution economic development pattern to will certainly high to eliminate by the socio-economic development, the entity economy will also comply with from "the high carbon" to meets the climate improvement requirement "the low-carbon" the reforming tidal current tendency, in this transformation advancement, will take the economical main center's financial circles to play the role which will have lasting achievements. In the background the banks in the world have issued green credit policy measures in succession, it realizes environmental protection measures through the financial leverage, in order to realize the sustainable development of economy. This makes green credit as a concerns for social circles, and will provide a huge development opportunities for our commercial banks.This article start from the background of the low carbon economic and social responsibility of the enterprise, using research methods with combining theory with practice, history and logic, transverse and longitudinal, anglicizing the necessity of our country commercial bank full implementation of green credit, and according to the problems of implementing green credit in our country commercial bank, anglicizing concretely that references from home and abroad's practice case, finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures. of perfecting green credit problems in our country commercial bank.
