With the advent of the twenty-first century, the rapid development of global industry, people's living standards improve, people improve the quality of life requirements, but the serious environmental pollution, dramatic changes in the climate once again looking for people to meet their needs New Age - low carbon era. Related concepts from the carbon to re-learn what modern economic development goals, developing low-carbon development of modern agriculture has become a low carbon economy based on low-carbon life for people with an important role, while agriculture is the most vulnerable to environmental and climate change impact of development of low carbon agriculture has become an effective low-carbon economy. China, the world's largest developing country, from the nineties began to develop low-carbon agriculture, and actively develop agriculture suited to their own low-carbon economy, has also made great economic benefits, improved sources of income of the farmers.As China's Henan Province, one of the main granaries each year among the nation's grain output, the same low-carbon development in China has also become an important agricultural provinces. Henan Province to respond to national call from the nineties actively developing low-carbon agriculture, and also made great achievements, the establishment of a variety suitable for low-carbon agriculture situation in the province, such as the agricultural base flood area, Neixiang national ecological Agricultural Demonstration Zone and other low-carbon model, and the application of these low-carbon agriculture greatly improved the living standards of farmers and improve the province's cultural level of farmers, strengthening the environmental awareness of farmers so that farmers recognized the fundamental agricultural pollution sources, from the roots of agriculture in Henan Province to reduce the pressure on carbon emissions, slowing the climate generated by agricultural pollution, drastic changes to improve the quality and yield of wheat, so wheat production in the guarantee to do the same on the basis of the development of low-carbon agricultural goals. However, in Henan Province carbon pollution generated by agriculture, the level of awareness is not high enough to be effective in reducing agricultural carbon pollution, which makes a positive response in times of Henan Province to develop low-carbon agriculture has yielded many impressive results, but also Agricultural pollution has led to increasingly serious, serious impact on low-carbon benefits of agriculture to agriculture, especially as the main food in Henan Province - particularly wheat production, the effect of reduction was not enough.This paper is an econometric model and the IPCC with the given formula for fixed fuel combustion: emissions = fuel consumption×emission factor for wheat production associated with higher factors of production - fertilizers and agricultural machinery to study, figure out the two kinds of factors of production in the wheat production process and how much carbon emissions, while wheat production factors from the aspect of a large number of wheat production in the major source of carbon emissions, and use of international water pollution 225 kg / ha the amount of safety standards to calculate the Henan Province, the actual amount of fertilizer caused the excess part of the amount of carbon pollution, excess fertilizer from the data, pointed out that the tremendous use of the climate problem for the reduction of chemical fertilizer in Henan Province to provide direct data; the other hand, from the large-scale agricultural use of agricultural machinery equipment and small agricultural equipment in the energy consumption under the same conditions have to find out the difference between the two, and then calculate the specific data to direct high that small-scale agricultural machinery, energy consumption and environmental pollution, for the development of efficient agriculture in Henan Province mechanization, reduction of small agricultural equipment, high energy consumption and improve the proportion of medium-sized agricultural machinery provide objective data for reference. Henan Province, according to the results with local conditions, this paper proposes a number of carbon emissions for wheat in Henan Province to reduce the effective advice and strategies, such as greatly enhance the degree of agricultural mechanization in Henan Province, to reduce the high consumption of small agricultural machinery, increase medium and large farm equipment, instead advocated the use of fertilizers, improved fertilizer use efficiency and other measures. Actively strive to achieve low-carbon of wheat in Henan Province, greatly reduce environmental pollution, climate change, for the development of low-carbon economy and lay a solid foundation.
