Study On The Low-carbon Agricultural Mode And Mechanism Of Agricultural Extension In Jiangxi Province

Since the1990s, climate disaster which is caused by globe climate change aroused the widespread concern of the international community, human being began to reflect on former model of economic development which it is beneficial to the progress of human society and the development or not. In order to deal with a series of environmental ecological problems, a low carbon economical development mode with low pollution, low energy consumption, low emission and high benefit gets the international community’s recognition and affirmation. In2009low-carbon economical development in the summit of Copenhagen, Denmark was opened. The emergence and development of the low-carbon economy shows that in order to realize sustainable development of economy, society and ecology, human must want to get rid of the long-term dependence on modern agriculture development model of high discharge and high energy consumption. Economic agriculture as any national basic not only assumes the task to stabilize social stability and improve people’s life quality, but also achieves its socio-economic part of efforts which reduce agricultural greenhouse gas emissions and alleviate pressure energy resources. Therefore, the development of low carbon agriculture is not only a sustainable development of agriculture, but also an important component of the socio-economic low-carbon development.Jiangxi agricultural production is still in high investment, high pollution and low output traditional agricultural state, facing a high proportion of resources, low repeat utilization rate, slow agricultural industrialization development speed and many other problems. The development of modern agriculture is the only way out of the agricultural development in Jiangxi province, in order to achieve sustainable development of agriculture, get rid of the economic backwardness and realize sustainable economic development in low-carbon road.This paper aims at global climate change and low carbon in China under the background of agricultural development. It summarizes the suitable mode of Jiangxi low-carbon agricultural development. This article first puts forward the idea of low-carbon agriculture on the basis of review of domestic and foreign research; The second chapter is focusing on low-carbon agricultural related concepts, agricultural production or life and the relationship between the carbon emissions, also points out the necessity of the development of our country’s low-carbon agriculture and the challenges; The third chapter researches of the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangxi low-carbon agricultural development and the low carbon agricultural development mode, including the mode of leisure agriculture, the circulation of agricultural mode and multifunctional agriculture, etc; The fourth chapter researches that the development model of low-carbon agriculture needs external mechanisms-agricultural technological promoting mechanism, through the reform and improvement of agricultural promotion mechanism, it can make low-carbon agricultural technology and mode get real popularity and practice. Study can provide a reference for the promotion of low-carbon agriculture in Jiangxi province.
