Design And Planning Of Logistics Management Information System Of Enterprise's Informationization

The scale of logistics and its service in china grow rapidly since we came into the 21st century, but compares with the developed country the level of its informationalization still has some way to go. The lower informationization level has become one of the main restrictive factors for the development of logistics industry in our country. This paper starts from problems of the logistics industry that need to be solved urgently, and focus on the planning method of management information system. It plays an important reference role in establishing information communication platform among different enterprises and promoting the informationalization of logistics industry in our country.Firstly, the thesis summed up the current situation of informatization of industry in china and analyzed the low-level logistical effectiveness brought about by the out-dated information technology, which is shared by all logistics businesses. Based on the analysis of the factors that influenced the development of our country's logistics industry, the paper makes a multiple linear regression model to predict total social logistics in china. According to this multiple linear regression model the paper come to a conclusion that the level of informationalization of enterprises is a critical factor that affect the progress of logistics industry. Then,on the basis of comparison of the level of informationalization domestic and overseas, the thesis put forward some strategies to facilitate the informationalization in our country. One of the most important process is to build a information platform to realize electronic data interchange between enterprises.Secondly, this thesis set up a work flow model of Ocean & Great Asia of Qingdao. By the way of Business System Planning the paper abstract the data and the process of the company's work procedure that was raised by IBM. Via analyses of the relation between the data and the process the paper constitude the U/C matrix. Then the paper use the U/C matrix to divide the management information system of Ocean & Great Asia of Qingdao into three parts:the warehouse management system, the transportation management system, and the commerce and clearance management system. And finally, the paper provide its function of every subsystem.
