Research Of Related Diversification Strategy For Xi'an Cheng Dong Coach Station

With the rapid development of economy,transportation markets further opening up,a flexible tariff policy of aircraft and the fast grow of high-speed rail transport,road transportation is faced more challenges and increasable competition.In the face of strong pressures,it is a problem how Xi' an Cheng Dong Coach Station(the CDCS) responds to the challenge and then survives to seek new economic growth point.Based on the basic theories of strategic management domestically and abroad,and adopted the analysis of the current management situation of the CDCS,including the analysis of internal and external environment,this article came to the related diversification strategy of the CDCS and firstly put forward the questions currently faced. With the description of the location,main business, organizational structure,operating conditions of the CDCS,with the use of PEST analysis and five forces model analysis for its external environment, this article uses SWOT analysis as the method to research the external opportunities threats.Then,in based on the analysis of its external and internal environment of the CDCS,it draws the related diversification strategy and then does description the content of the strategy, that is the main business at the same time in the development of small pieces of Express to develop multi-channel combining ticketing and tour transportation and other services.Finally,this article suggests the supporting measures for strategy implementation. This article firstly mentions the strategic positioning and business development with the use of the strategic management theory and methods,and it proposes a relevant diversified strategy.It is more significant for guiding the development of the CDCS.This article will be helpful for the CDCS in perspective of an original business consolidation,new business development,high quality services provided, the core competitiveness enhanced and more profits achieved. It maintains a healthy,rapid,and sustained development in the market of fierce competition.
