The core of human resources' management of an enterprise is encouragement that is also the key source of the advantage of competing with others. With the rapid development of China's economics, the encouragement has playing more and more important role in the human resource management. The main problem in the transitional period of bank outlets of postal agent of China Post, Hanzhong branch is how to customize and perfect the suitable and practical incentive system and fully arouse the efficiency of human resources which is also the nucleus of this thesis.This thesis is based on the classic excitation theories and the results of modern enterprises'incentive system to expand the research. Firstly, it gives an overview of the bank outlets of postal agent of China Post, Hanzhong branch's reform process, operational mode, main business, developing scale, operated state etc. And then it uses the methods of having interviews, conducting of public-opinion polls, consulting some data to Elaborate and analyze the Status quo incentive system of the enterprise. It also analyzes the feature of the different employees'different requirement and tries to find out the essence question of the incentive system. What's more, on the basis of analyzing the employees'requirement, it shows the basic frame on how to perfect the enterprise's incentive system and how to carry on these measures.The key point of the thesis is the modern enterprise's incentive system. It centers on the developing strategy target of the bank outlets of postal agent of China Post, Hanzhong branch and aims at the incentive system in current situation of it. And it mentions the thoughts and principles on how to perfect the incentive system in current situation. Especially, it gives a proposal that the enterprise should build up a basic frame according to the systems of ideal goals, emotional management, plans of professional life, job training, evaluation, reward and penalty, promotion, assigning, job targets. It has the same reference value to other enterprises.
