Study On Incentive Problem In The ZH Post Office's Young Employees

At present,young employees has grown into main force of enterprise developing.Existing studies have found that,because of the difference of environment of this generation's growth,the demands of the young people are significantly different with the previous.According to the demand characteristic,how to formulate useful incentive system,and build up their passions during work to improve the efficiency of the enterprise,is the key and difficulty of theorists and practitioners.Human resource management theory is applied in this article,combined with relevant literature,to build some scales of incentive factors,including problems to young employees' incentive of postal enterprises,put forward suggestions on management of the youth's incentive effectively.What in this article is trying to research for expanding young employees ' incentive theory,guiding to the young employees management,and at the same time,have practical significance to the same industry enterprises in the running of the young employees.After data analyzing,it finds that the satisfaction of young employees,about incentive system,is quite low.Otherwise,the motivating factors,including personal development satisfaction,work stability,and staff care also impact youth ' s incentive.From the innovative research in this article,we can find the importance of incentive factors of young employees in postal enterprises and their sort orders;it should be the first which encouraging personal development,followed by work stability,love and organizational culture.Finally,this study compares with postal company's existing incentive system,finds out problems and suggests completing the existing incentive system.
