Competitive R & D Alliance Stability Mechanism

International high-tech enterprises entering China has created huge competitivepressures to China's enterprises. The wish of Chinese high-tech enterprises tobecome big and strong is more and more intense. Practice shows that, based on theincreasing importance of joint R & D Alliance, it has become one major means forhigh-tech enterprises to improve competitiveness. However, few existing studieshave involved factors affecting stability of joint R & D Alliance.This thesis has centered on how to promote the stability of a competitive R & Dalliance, and thus studied to enhance competitive advantage.Firstly, through literature review and theory of interpretation, the paper hasextracted the factors affecting competitive R & D alliance stability, namely,competitive R & D alliance management capability, confidence, R & D investmentand R & D alliance partners characteristics of four factors; Then, the paper hasanalyzed relationship between factors and their impact on the competitive R & Dalliances and proposed hypothesis of factors affecting stability, and established aconceptual model of factors affecting stability.Secondly, this paper has adopted empirical research, namely the size of thesample survey and analysis of reliability and validity which has tested the credibilityand effectiveness of variables, to form a scale to objectively reflect the real factorsaffecting stability of competitive R & D alliance.On this basis, the paper has used path analysis of statistical tools to analyze largesample data to examine the theoretical assumptions and conceptual models. Theempirical results show that the partners of the trust will positively affect the R & Dalliance stability; cooperation of both trust a positive impact on R & D investment;coalition partner resources to the extent of positive impact on R & D alliancestability; Union Management capacity will positively affect the R & D alliancestability; alliance management capability will positively affect the trust; Unionmanagement had positive impact on R & D investment; R & D strategic partnershipfeatures a positive impact R & D alliance stability.Finally, combining characteristics of high-tech industry and the status quo of itsdevelopment, the paper has analysed and discussed the empirical results and putforward measures and suggestions.
