Research On The Stability Of Strategic Alliance Of Industrial Technology Innovation

Along with the commence of national technology innovation driving program, as an entirely new technology innovation organization formation of long-term cooperation has emerged. It is proved that the alliance may make great efforts on enhancing innovation principal status of manufacturers, developing new industrial key general technologies and optimizing R&D resources. However, these problems which result from rapid development of alliance may not be ignored, for instance:instability and bad performance etc. Since stability is the key factor of alliance success and may largely influences alliance operation effectiveness and continuous development, how to identify those impacting factors is now regarded as one of crucial research.On the basis of previous research, this study discusses alliance definition in depth by analyzing different fields and aspects. It concludes the formation of stability as satisfaction to current situation and propensity to stay in alliance. Throughout theoretical deduction, a model of "quality factor+emotional factor+interaction factor+optimism-alliance stability-alliance performance" and industrial moderating effects of environmental turbulence was established. More, alliances in Yunnan province are taken into empirical examples in order to investigate the correlations between factors. Results are as followed:Firstly, strong positive correlation is found between quality & emotional factor and alliance stability, optimism has negative effects on stability of alliance. Secondly, as for the interaction factor, the most significant factor which contributes to alliance stability is interest distribution, followed by communication, trust and promise factor. However, effects from administration control are not verified. Lastly, alliance stability has strong and positive effects on alliance performance.To sum up, this study demonstrates how industrial moderating effects of environmental turbulence influence alliance stability, as well as its adjusting function within alliance. It is showed that industrial moderating effects of environmental turbulence correlation to stability is evidently positive, with the increasing of industrial moderating effects of environmental turbulence; optimism seems to be less significant. Whereas the correlation between industrial moderating effects of environmental turbulence and interaction factors is not significantly obvious.
