Research On The Development Countermeasure Of Small And Medium Enterprises Of Science And Technology At The Start-up Period

Nowadays China is devoting to increasing self-creation ability, developing scientific technology cause, adjusting and upgrading industry structure, with the promotion of national policy; impel medium or small scientific and technological enterprises which depend on its own technology creation make rapid development. Due to their technological advancement and creative ability, those enterprises have begun to play an important role in our sustainable economical development. Whatever in scientific and technological achievement transfer, patent application, or the share in GDP, those enterprise become key part of national economy. However, high death rate go along with high birth rate, through analysis of their whole life cycle, we know they are fragile at the very beginning period, so this period is a decisive factor in deciding their future development and length of their existence.
